Service Description

We provide mediation services for disputants unable to settle their differences in a peaceful manner and those individuals desiring to reach a voluntary written agreement Clients Our clients are a cross section of the population consisting of individuals seeking to resolve their disputes peacefully. Peaceful Solutions, LLC does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability and/or economically disadvantaged. Prior to mediation, we attempt to determine if clients are open to the process and ready to mediate. Clients can be assured about their confidentiality and their sensitivity to delicate matters causing conflict in their fractured relationships. Clients can also be assured that their sessions are time sensitive and will be concluded within an appropriate timeframe. Clients can be assured that their agreements will be voluntary and may be reviewed by their attorney prior to being finalized. *Mediation rate is split between both parties.
